This policy explains how Hydra Agents handles personal information submitted through this website. We collect as little as possible and treat it in strict confidence.
We only collect the information you choose to provide through our Start a Case form: your name and email address; optionally a phone number and preferred contact method; the type of matter; and the details you give about it (what has happened, what you need to establish, who or what is involved, the countries involved, the approximate scale, the urgency, and what information you already hold). Please do not include documents or attachments at this stage; if your matter proceeds we will provide a secure means to share them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the services you request. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell it.
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. To deliver your message to us, the form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and sent by email to contact@hydra-agents.com. Our hosting and email providers process this data only to deliver and store your message. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legitimate business and legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email contact@hydra-agents.com.
Submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it to respond to you.
