Every engagement is led by a senior member of the team, who remains the client's point of contact from the first enquiry to the final report. Findings are graded by reliability, evidence is documented to a standard that can be relied upon, and nothing is claimed that cannot be supported. Our method is set out in full in How We Work.

- 02Evidence over assumptionEvery finding is graded by how it was obtained and how reliable it is, whatever conclusion that supports.
- 03Lawful and proportionateAll work is carried out within the law of the jurisdiction concerned, and no more intrusively than the question requires.
- 04JudgementCases rarely fit a template. Analysts and investigators are trained to adapt the approach to what a matter actually needs.
